			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Building Cleveland by Design has teamed up with Clean Energy Solutions,  Inc., based in Massachusetts, to facilitate the creation of a  residential energy efficiency program called the Cleveland Energy$aver  Program. BCbD and CESI will be working with the City of Cleveland and  Cleveland stakeholders to create a program where residents can hire  contractors to perform energy efficient renovations on their home and  pay for the installations through the savings on their electricity bill.</p>
